Firm Background
The firm and its predecessor (William Riesberg Architects, P.A. renamed Riesberg Lunn Architects and Engineers, P.A. in 1993) have specialized in the building envelope and in the investigation and design of repair of distressed buildings since 1987. We frequently serve as expert witnesses for buildings in litigation. |

The firm is authorized to practice architecture in South Carolina and North Carolina. Through reciprocity agreements
and architects that hold national accreditation, the firm
is capable of being authorized to practice in most states.
However, this is not an offer to provide professional services
in a state that we are not currently authorized to practice.
